Dues, Expenses & Due Dates

The TCI dues cycle runs July 1st - June 30th each year. Active and Senior Active members pay annual dues of $1,000, payable by July 1st for the following 12 months. New members pay dues at the discounted rate of $750 per year for their first two years. Emeritus, Honorary and Inactive members pay no dues.

The annual dues maintain the club's support structure and cover costs of the superb continuing medical education programs at the two meetings each year. All members attending a meeting pay travel and hotel costs plus a package price for tours and social activities, including the dinner dance. Meeting CME programs, hotel and social events are planned 2-3 years in advance, thus providing accommodations at the most desirable hotels and venues at extremely reasonable costs.

Inactive and Emeritus members pay no dues or assessments but will pay a pro-rate share for attendance at meetings.

Honorary members pay no dues or assessments and will be guests of the club at meetings they attend.

The Club's fiscal year runs from July 1st - June 30th. Active and Senior Active members will receive notification of dues by May 1st. Dues remaining unpaid on July 1st are considered delinquent. Past-due notices will be sent out July 15th and August 1st. Members who haven't paid dues by September 1st will forfeit membership and will be so informed.
